From what I've seen, yes, usually people buy them with real money, but they're cheap (1-5 USD usually). I've also seen them being traded in return for gold / items.
When using and applying an FLP what program would you suggest to use? All programs on this computer are sooooo outdated that well its almost unidentifiable... So anyways I need some serious updates! Please and Thank You!
