Anyway, they have all pet trading and shop access, so they are definitely not bad...
Depends on what you define as 'good' and 'bad'. I'm assuming you mean to sell, but even then, that depends on what's in the account.
Bumping isn't allowed.
And it probably isn't worth a ton.
