I want to make a dual blader, and spend some NX on his equips, etc. But, I don't want to do this if the dual blading class is still in a beta testing state, since it's asking me if I want to start off at a certain level (30 ish) and automatically delete itself after the beta is over (if there is one).. So, is this the actual class? Or should I wait to use NX.?

Dual blade is not in a beta stage in any way. You can freely make one it will not delete itself do not worry lol. The reason it asks if you want to make one at lvl 30 is because that is part of the event that if you have a character over lvl 30 i believe on the account you can create a lvl 30 dual blade right off the bat.
