[Tutorial]How to Create custom logos (Photoshop)

GOOD LUCK BEFORE WE START
Im gonna show all of Lg'ers How to make A Custom logo like the one bellow.

First off just make a new File(800x800 Pixels)

2.Enable Rulers (Ctrl+r on windows---Command+r on Mac)

3.Click the Top Rulers and Drag down to middle or work area
Do the same for Left rulers.

Should look Like this about now (imgur: the simple image sharer)

4.Create a new layer.(Shift+ctrl+N) Mac=(Shift+Cmd+N)

5.Select the Elliptical Marque tool and Hold Shift while Draging the Elliptical Marque tool until its about this size.

And center it on the Blue lines we amde with the ruler.

6.Left click while using the Elliptical Marque tool And select Stroke and change ur stroke settings to these - 58afa82e7bf832ae9119d73ac7632f02.png

7.Now u can left click again and Click Deselect.

8.Now rename that layer u just made to Original Circle or something like that.

9.Now Duplicate that Layer(Ctrl+J)(Cmd+J)

10. Using the Move tool(V) Drag that cirlcle to the left side Like so- 1f8df60b6a78e8ec7e14d480c6b0a617.png

11.Then Using Eraser Erase everything outside of the circle until it looks like so- 558943da674658146ede5714a6be803d.png

12.Then Duplicate The original circle Wich i said to rename :) (Ctrl+J)(Cmd+J)

13.And do the same u did to the left side on the right :P

15.Now Rename those Two layers To something like Ring 1 and ring 2 or whatever. Your layers should look like this-http://gyazo.com/032ec1828a5531cebf6b521b2c1cd777

16.Duplicate Your Ring 2 or whatever u named it.

17.Drag that Duplicate to the right a little Something like this- 6886f369d315b8cc5100a5d2ad483c27.png

18.And erase the outside parts.

19.Now do the same to the left.

20.Now Create a new layer.

21.Now Using The Pen tool Make this little Thing - 3e8f42257a71fd73781e8edd20338c76.png

21.Now left click with pen tool inside that little thing we made and choose Fill Path. After u done that u can left click again and choose delete path.

22.Next Duplicate That and Press(Dont Hold) Ctrl+t or on mac cmd+t

23.Now left click and select Flip Horizontal.

24.and Drag it over and center it with the Other one.Then Merge Those 2 layers and Name it spike or whatever

You can just use ctrl+t to make it smaller to fit Perfectly i know i dditn do it perfectly but this was time Consuming.

26.Now do that for every one of those edges and dont forget to rename them as u go or afterwards idc :P

27.Thats basically it And Just Get creative Repeat some of the steps and make it Snazzzy

I Will Try to make a video if this was Hard to follow.

This is Not a beginer Guide its Intermidiate guide Becuase i didnt explain somethings in this :P
