Where's the music?

I've talked to many people and for many there is a place where music is in our world, the spring from which it comes forth to the mass. There was a time when many felt it was the industry, then artist, now many say it comes out of your local unsigned artists, other would tell you its dead. So where is the music for you? Is it from that loser band that plays at your local bar, the pop idol, the wash up country singer, the studio musicians that really make up artists' songs, or the god of decades past?

It matters not where the music comes from to me.

Just how good it sounds, to me. Nobody else.
