This Is My Anti Abortion 8th Grade Essay. I Need Help Correcting Any Mistakes. Here It Goes. Also can you tell me what i should add and any correction/punctionations.


Abortion violates the Constitution by breaking the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments. It breaks the spirit of the Eighth Amendment where it states ".... nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted." Aborting a baby is "cruel and unusual punishment"

Abortion violates the Fourteenth Amendment where is states "....nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law' nor deny to any person within it's Jurisdiction the equal protection of the law." When you abort an unborn fetus, this is depriving a person of its right to life.

Though it is the woman's choice what to do with their body, They could always deliver the baby and put it up for adoption. There are many people who cannot conceive a baby and would like to adopt.

So when you abort a baby it is homicide, So the person who decides the abortion should be arrested for homicide of killing an unborn fetus. Also the way an abortion is done is cruel and unusual which goes about breaking the Eighth Amendment.

Some way's an abortion is done is within the first twelve weeks is the Suction Aspiration method. This is the most common method of abortion during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. General or local anesthetic is given to the mother and her cervix is quickly dilated. A hollow tube with a knife-edged tip is inserted into the womb. This instrument is then connected to a vacuum machine by a transparent tube. The vacuum suction, 29 times more powerful than a household vacuum cleaner, tears the fetus and placenta into small pieces which are sucked through the tube into a bottle and discarded.

Another common abortion way is at eighteen weeks is the Dilation and Evacuation (D&E). This method is used up to 18 weeks' gestation. Instead of the loop-shaped knife used in D&C abortions, a pair of forceps is inserted into the womb to grasp part of the fetus. The teeth of the forceps twist and tear the bones of the unborn child. This process is repeated until the fetus is totally dismembered and removed. Usually the spine must be snapped and the skull crushed in order to remove them.

All These Way's Are Breaking The Eighteenth Amendment. Which every method I have stated is cruel and unusual punishment. As Abortion's break the two Amendments of the Constitution abortions should be canceled.
