A self-portrait I had to do for class.
Calvin?
“Has potential, but is lazy,” say his teachers.
“Funny, but immature,” says his peers.
“Smart, yet stupid.” is what he says about himself.
He is passionate about video games, yet doesn’t try to be the best.
He is passionate about his academic studies, yet doesn’t try at all.
“He could grow up to be much more, if he put some effort into it.”
He wants to be successful, but doesn’t strive for it.
He likes music and playing music, yet will never practice.
He says that he “likes a challenge,” but ends up never finishing.
He can be perfect in any subject, but never goes over anything twice to seek perfection.
“He’s a bad influence on others.” say his friends.
“He’s loud and you can easily tell when he isn’t around.”
He’s like a video game; sometimes he gets annoying, but will still entertain you.
He’s got many ideas, but has difficulty expressing them.
He takes refuge from the cold, unforgiving world by spending time with his friends.
His place of sanctity is with his accepting, loving /b/rothers.
“The best and worst part of my day.”
A simple word to summarize this complex individual, weird.
He once asked someone if I could “put a price on peace”.
A simple answer for that is that “peace sells, but who’s buying?”
