Greatest fucking anime I have ever seen in a VERY LONG TIME!
[hence the source of my DP]
Its wiggled its way up into my top 3 favorite (Lupin III, Cowboy Bebop, Durarara)
If you don't know what it's about, don't worry. Because neither do I really. I've got a general idea. But the way its set up is AWESOME!
Episode one has some foreshadowing in it. (Shows the story of a kid who moved to Tokyo to go to school with an old friend from 4 years ago) and while he's getting a tour of tokyo he sees all these things going on as he's learning about them.
[Grim Reaper legend (biker without a head), etc.]
Then in Episode 2, you see this girls story who you saw briefly in episode 1. And then it's her story taking place at the same time the other kids story took place.
And it's all just fucking AMAZING! Not to mention Aniplex did it. (they also did Fullmetal Alchemist, if you're not aware).
The character development is amazing, The way its structured is extremely unique, the soundtrack is good, the intro NEVER gets boring, and as strange as it sounds you can really relate to a lot of the characters in it.

o_o you lie! lol ^_^ I love how unique it is.
And every episode is set up as another characters story that's going to tie in.
I mean think about it;
~Sexy grim reaper chick on a bike with no head and a scythe that can control shadows
~Guy who entertains himself by kidnapping suicidal people, torturing them, then sending the grim reaper chick to go get them back, then causing those people to commit suicide
~Egotist and his old friend who randomly balm around tokyo and witness this shit
~suicidal chick who survives and gets a new outlook on life
~Crazy-ass bartender with anger problem
~Black Russian ripped noodle advertiser who can fight extremely fucking well
~Extremely fucking cool phrases
~Comedy
~Action
~Unique characters
~Aniplex

This should be in the Junkyard, due to it's spam.
However, I am a huge fan of this show. It is quite badass.
Simon, the Russian guy, is fucking incredible.
Anyone who says this is a bad anime, they obviously don't know how to respect storylines.
